Precautions for using ATOS solenoid valve
Installation environment:
It should be installed in a place with an ambient temperature of -25℃~60℃ and a relative humidity of ≤95%.
Avoid installing in places with dripping or splashing water. If used in a humid environment, ensure that the electrical plug is well sealed.
Waterproof and cooling measures should be taken in open air or high temperature places.
Installation method:
Generally, it should be installed vertically. It can be tilted in special cases, but additional supports are required.
During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the direction of the arrow on the valve body is consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
Only use bolts that meet the specified strength and size for fixing, and strictly observe the tightening torque.
Pipe cleaning:
Before installation, the pipeline must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that there are no impurities.
A filter should be installed in front of the valve to prevent impurities from entering the solenoid valve.
Electrical connection:
The solenoid valve should ensure normal operation within the fluctuation range of 10% of the rated voltage of the power supply voltage.
Explosion-proof solenoid valves should select appropriate models according to the explosion-proof grade requirements.
Bypass device:
In order to ensure that the system can still operate when the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, it is recommended to install a bypass device.
Maintenance and inspection:
