Installation and maintenance: Avoid putting your hands into the gap between the fixed plate and the cylinder body during installation. Keep the external force concentric with the piston rod to avoid damaging the moving parts. Strictly comply with the limit requirements of the cylinder fixed plate rotation torque, lateral load, load mass and maximum speed during use.
Working environment: Ensure that the working medium is air filtered by a filter of 40μm or more, the operating pressure range is between 0.15~1.0MPa, and the pressure resistance is 1.5MPa. The operating temperature range is 20~70℃, and the operating speed range is 30~800mm/s.
Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly check the various components of the cylinder to ensure that they are in good condition. Replace worn seals and lubricants in time to maintain efficient operation of the cylinder.
