The conical valve core is quenched and ground, with excellent sealing performance and leakage ≤1%.

The right-angle check valve design supports large flow (pressure drop ≤0.2 bar), and the straight-through design is suitable for working conditions with small impact and stable throttling.
The limited flow in the normally closed position can be adjusted through the built-in throttle, which is suitable for hydraulic cylinder oil discharge, oil replenishment and other scenarios.

The fully enclosed solenoid coil (IP67 protection) and corrosion-resistant valve body material are suitable for a wide temperature range of -40℃~120℃ and a highly polluted environment.

Precautions for use
Installation specification
Must be installed vertically and the arrow direction is consistent with the fluid flow direction. Reverse installation will cause functional failure or seal damage.
In the hydraulic cylinder oil discharge circuit, the hydraulic control check valve must be installed close to the actuator to avoid pipeline pressure fluctuations affecting the throttling effect.
Oil and pollution management
The oil cleanliness must reach ISO 16/13 or above, and a filter should be installed at the inlet and cleaned every 2-3 months to prevent impurities from clogging the throttle or valve core.
It is prohibited to use corrosive or high-viscosity media. The maintenance cycle needs to be shortened to every 3 months under high temperature conditions (＞80℃).
Pressure and flow limit
The control pressure must be ≥20% of the system rated pressure to avoid reverse flow loss of control or abnormal wear of the valve core due to pressure loss.
When used in parallel, ensure that the diameters are consistent to prevent uneven flow distribution or throttling function failure.
Maintenance and Fault Prevention
When not in use for a long time, the solenoid needs to be activated every 3 months to prevent the valve core from getting stuck or the seal from sticking.
Regularly check the wear of the valve core and the valve seat. It is recommended to replace the seal every 6 months in high temperature or frequent start-stop environments.
